  1. Tile/Tile Horizontal/Tile Vertical are on the Window menu. They arrange the display of windows and are similar to the overlay commands on the Window menu. Tile divides the screen equally among the open outline windows. Tile Horizontal displays open outline windows as horizontal strips. Tile Vertical displays open outline windows as vertical strips.

  3. If you selected on the Leave Room for Finder Icons on the Display Options dialog, tiling will display outline windows so that MultiFinder icons are not obscured from view.
